| Orange, Telecable first partners for La Liga in-house channel Juan Fernandez Gonzalez | 01 August 2016  Following a major commercial sponsorship with Santander banking group, La Liga has launched an in-house-produced pay-TV channel for which Orange and Telecable have already signed. la liga santanderThe French telco and the regional cable operator have acquired rights for La Liga 1l2l3 TV through to the 2018/2019 season. The agreement is not exclusive, as it’s expected that La Liga will distribute the network to other pay-TV operators. The channel will air the entire second division, with ten live games and one pre-recorded match per week. Games will have one dedicated signal each, although a multi-football option will be available for simultaneous matches. La Liga 1l2l3, which has been produced by the Spanish football organisation, will also deliver pre-game content, analysis programmes and highlights of each match. | |
