Dubai-based streaming service ICFLIX has joined forces with Maroc Telecom to offer the telco's subscribers video-on-demand (VOD) at a reduced price.
The subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) service, which provides content from Hollywood, Bollywood, and the largest library of Arabic movies and shows available online, will be available to Maroc Telecom customers for 50 Dirhams.
"Maroc Teleco, a pioneer in the Moroccan industry, will enable us to reach a greater number of viewers through our proposal for high quality and varied content," said Carlos Tibi, founder and CEO, ICFLIX.
ICFLIX has also announced it has released, for the first time, the series One Thousand and One Nights, staring Nicole Saba, Sherif Mounir and Amir Kerara. One Thousand and One Nights, along the rest of ICFLIX's content, is available for users of smartphones, tablets, PCs, connected TVs and gaming consoles across the Middle East and North Africa.
The news comes less than a month after ICFLIX announced its partnership with Telecom Egypt's Internet arm, TE Data, to provide its subscription streaming service across Egypt.
