M6 Group takes up Prime Clint Eastwood portrait

The second largest commercial network in France, the M6 Group, has acquired The Secret Album of Clint Eastwood from Prime Entertainment Group for its pay-TV channel, Paris Premiere.

clint Prime 30 May 2016The 1x70'/1x52' show portrays the legendary Hollywood filmmaker and actor with exclusive interviews and never-seen-before footage. It has been a taken up already on channels such as SRC (Société Radio Canada), Sic Television in Portugal and ABS-CBN in the Philippines among others.

M6 Group owns 8 tv channels including the free TV channels 6ter and W9, and the payTV channels Paris Premiere, Teva, SerieClub, M6Music, M6 Boutique&Co, and Girondins.

Commenting on the deal, David Freydt, managing director of Prime Entertainment Group, said: “It’s great to be working with Paris Première again. We’ve inked some deals with them before for portraits of musicians and contemporary artists. Thanks to our large and expanding catalogue of more than 5,000 hours, today we can offer all kinds of programming to satisfy the growing demand of M6 various channels.”
