Constantin Film will distribute the movies produced by Hollywood studio DreamWorks in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The Munich-based production and distribution company secured the rights on all new productions shot by 31 December 2016.
Through its partnership with Steven Spielberg's movie house, Constantin Film will break new ground: No independent distribution company has so far managed to secure all rights from an US studio for Germany.
One of the first motion pictures distributed by Constantin Film will be the US remake of Canadian movie "Starbuck" shot from October 2012 with Vince Vaughn playing the main character.
