Giving a boost to its mobile TV users in Poland, Orange is making the FilmBox Live video-on-demand (VOD) app available in the country, with zero data transfer charges.
Other than Orange’s own Telewizja Tu i Tam, FilmBox Live is currently the only on-demand service integrated into the Orange platform in Poland. Users will be able to watch the FilmBox Live service on any Internet-connected device including PCs, laptops, tablets, smart TVs and PlayStation game consoles. The bouquet offers Hollywood blockbusters, award-winning films and TV series, documentaries, sports programming as well as fashion and music videos.
Viewers can also watch several TV channels streamed live, including Kino Polska, Kino Polska Muzyka, FilmBox movie channels, FightBox, Fast&FunBox, DocuBox, FashionBox and 360TuneBox.
At the same time Kino Polska Muzyka, a Polish music channel, has been launched in the basic tier on Orange TV platform. The channel presents music videos and the Polish songs from the 1960s to the current day. With the launch of Kino Polska Muzyka on Orange TV the technical reach of the channel has increased to 7.5 million households in Poland.
