Multi-play and next-generation broadband access provider Tilgin has won a frame agreement for its connected home solutions with a Scandinavian operator.
The as-yet unnamed operator, which offers advanced triple-play services over fibre, has invested in equipment including a Tilgin gateway HG2301, gateway software HGA570, fibre termination multi-service appliance MSA972 and Tilgin remote management ACS, tGem. The MSA972 also offers cable TV conversion.
Based in Kista, Sweden, Tilgin produces software-controlled connected home gateways and remote management solutions designed to turn online homes into a profitable business for operators and offer a personalised video experience.
”We are very pleased to once again having been trusted to deliver advanced triple play solutions based on our Flexible Premises Solution and our ACS tGem,” said Mats Victorin, CEO at Tilgin. “The operator is a forward looking actor in an interesting expansion phase and we are proud of being part of their journey.”
